We recommend bringing your dog’s favorite bed or blanket, toys, and enough food for the duration of their stay. If your dog is on any medications, please bring those along with clear instructions. We also suggest bringing any comfort items that will help your dog feel more at home.

Our facility is staffed 24/7 by trained professionals who monitor the dogs at all times. During playtime, dogs are supervised in secure, fenced areas to ensure their safety. We also have CCTV cameras throughout the facility for additional monitoring.

Absolutely! We offer daily updates via text or email, including photos and videos of your dog enjoying their stay. If you’d like more frequent updates, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

In the unlikely event that your dog becomes ill or injured, we will contact you immediately. We have a relationship with a local veterinary clinic and can arrange for your dog to receive medical attention if needed. Your dog’s health and safety are our top priorities.
